Technology and Products

What we are building, and how far along each piece is

Eight technology areas make up the MedClinicX product direction. Status labels on this page are deliberate. Services offered now, working demos, products in development and planned work are not the same thing, and we do not blur them.

1. Healthcare Website Development

Service offered now

The problem

Many small and mid-sized practices still rely on slow, dated websites that make booking hard and lose patients before the first appointment.

Our approach

We design and build fast, accessible practice websites with clear service pages, provider profiles and a direct path to booking or enquiry.

Target customer

Medical clinics, dental practices and independent doctors in the US.

Key capabilities

  • Practice and provider pages built for local search
  • Online booking and enquiry paths
  • Accessible, mobile-first layouts
  • Connections to portals and intake tools

Potential business value

A website that turns search visits into appointment requests, and a base that later products can connect to.

2. AI Healthcare Solutions

Working demo, in product development

The problem

Front desks miss calls outside office hours, and staff spend a large share of the day on repeat questions, reminders and scheduling.

Our approach

Our AI receptionist demo answers calls, handles common questions and books appointments around the clock. Product development is focused on making this reliable enough for daily practice use.

Target customer

Medical and dental practices that lose enquiries outside office hours.

Key capabilities

  • Call answering and appointment booking, day and night
  • Answers to common patient questions
  • Call summaries for the care team
  • Human handover for anything sensitive

Potential business value

Fewer missed enquiries and less routine phone work for front-desk staff.

3. Patient Portal Development

Working demo, in product development

The problem

Patients expect to book, complete forms and see their information online, but many practices still handle these steps by phone and paper.

Our approach

Our patient portal demo covers appointment booking, digital intake and secure patient messaging. We are developing it toward a subscription product for practices.

Target customer

Clinics and dental practices that want patients to self-serve routine tasks.

Key capabilities

  • Online appointment booking and rescheduling
  • Digital intake forms before the visit
  • Secure messaging between patient and practice
  • Visit history and document access

Potential business value

Less paperwork for staff, and a simpler experience for patients.

4. Healthcare SaaS Development

Service offered now, platform planned

The problem

Healthcare teams often stitch together separate tools for booking, intake, communication and follow-up, and the tools rarely share data well.

Our approach

We build custom healthcare software for clients today. Our own connected SaaS platform, bringing portal, intake and communication into one product, is planned and will be built in stages.

Target customer

Healthcare startups, medical groups and practices with specific workflow needs.

Key capabilities

  • Custom software built around a practice workflow
  • API and integration work between systems
  • Cloud hosting and access controls
  • A staged path from custom build to shared platform

Potential business value

Software that fits how a practice actually works, without paying for a large enterprise system.

5. Telemedicine Solutions

Working demo, in product development

The problem

Practices added video visits quickly in recent years, but scheduling, intake and follow-up often sit in separate systems.

Our approach

Our telemedicine demo links video visits with scheduling and pre-visit intake. Development work focuses on a simple flow for both patient and clinician.

Target customer

Primary care and specialty practices offering remote visits.

Key capabilities

  • Video visit scheduling and reminders
  • Pre-visit intake collected before the call
  • Visit notes and follow-up tasks
  • Patient instructions after the visit

Potential business value

Remote visits that fit the rest of the practice day instead of sitting outside it.

6. Healthcare Automation

Working demo, in product development

The problem

Reminders, recalls, insurance checks and follow-ups are repetitive tasks that staff complete by hand, and they are easy to miss on a busy day.

Our approach

Our demos show automated intake routing, reminders and follow-up messages. We are developing these into dependable workflow tools for practices.

Target customer

Practices with high appointment volume and small admin teams.

Key capabilities

  • Appointment reminders and recall messages
  • Intake routing to the right team member
  • Insurance information collected before the visit
  • Follow-up messages after treatment

Potential business value

Routine admin handled on time, with staff free for patients who need a person.

7. Mobile Healthcare Applications

Planned

The problem

Patients manage most of their daily life on a phone, while practice communication still depends on calls and desktop portals.

Our approach

Mobile apps are a planned product area. The plan is to extend the patient portal to native mobile once the portal product is validated with practices.

Target customer

Practices whose patients prefer app-based booking and messaging.

Key capabilities

  • Booking and reminders in a mobile app
  • Secure patient messaging
  • Forms and check-in from a phone
  • Shared account with the web portal

Potential business value

A closer, more convenient connection between the practice and its patients.

8. Healthcare SEO and Growth

Service offered now

The problem

Patients search online first, and practices that do not appear in local results lose new patients to nearby competitors.

Our approach

We provide healthcare SEO and content work for practices now, including local search, service pages and the MedClinicX healthcare directory.

Target customer

Practices that depend on new patient growth in a local market.

Key capabilities

  • Local search and profile optimisation
  • Service and location pages that answer patient questions
  • Content written for patients and search engines
  • Directory presence across US healthcare listings

Potential business value

Steady, measurable growth in patient enquiries from search.

You can try the current demos yourself on the healthcare demos page. Nothing on this page should be read as a claim that a planned product already exists.

Under the products

The technology foundations

Four foundations support every product area, so work done for one module strengthens the others.

AI, used on routine work

Call answering, common questions, reminders and summaries. AI output is checked against clear rules, and anything sensitive goes to a person.

Automation for the admin day

Reminders, recalls, intake routing and follow-ups run on schedules and triggers, so they happen on time without staff chasing them.

APIs and integrations

Products are built to connect: calendars, practice systems and third-party tools through documented APIs, scoped per customer need.

Cloud infrastructure

Hosted cloud services with access controls, encryption in transit and backups. The architecture is designed so modules can be added without rebuilding the base.

Security and compliance, stated carefully

We design with healthcare privacy requirements in mind, collect the minimum data a workflow needs, and use access controls and encryption in transit. We do not claim HIPAA compliance or any certification that has not been independently assessed. Security and compliance work is a named part of the proposed funding allocation, because it has to be funded properly before products handle real patient data at scale.

Sequence

Technology roadmap, in short

Foundation work and demos come first, then pilots and pricing validation, then the commercial launch and expansion. The full roadmap page marks every milestone as completed, underway or planned.

Research and development continues in AI accuracy, integration coverage and patient engagement as the platform grows.
