Growth Strategy
How we plan to win US practices
A staged, low-cost acquisition plan that starts with demonstrations and pilots, and earns the right to spend more only when a channel proves itself. Every milestone below is a future objective, not a result.
Channels
Nine routes to the same customer
No single channel carries the plan. Direct contact creates the first evidence, partnerships and search compound over time.
Direct outreach to healthcare practices
Personal outreach to practice owners and managers, leading with a working demo rather than a pitch deck.
Healthcare partnerships
Consultants, billing companies and software firms that already serve practices and can introduce or resell MedClinicX.
Medical industry communities
Taking part in professional groups and forums where practice owners discuss operations and tools.
Healthcare content marketing
Practical articles and guides on practice operations, published on the MedClinicX blog and guide library.
SEO and Google search visibility
Service and location pages, plus the MedClinicX healthcare directory, which already lists US providers and builds search presence in the market we sell to.
LinkedIn networking
An active professional presence, conversations with practice leaders and healthcare operators, and warm introductions.
Healthcare conferences
Selected events where independent practices and dental groups gather, used for pilots and partnerships rather than broad brand spend.
Referral programs
Structured referrals from early customers and partners, introduced after the first pilots prove value.
Integration partnerships
Connections with scheduling, practice management and communication tools that practices already use.
12-month roadmap
The first year, in four stages
The plan assumes the pre-seed round closes and product development stays on the roadmap schedule. Objectives are targets we will measure against, and report honestly either way.
Months 1 to 3, Prepare and pilot
- Finish the MVP of the initial product.
- Recruit a small group of pilot practices from direct outreach.
- Run demonstrations weekly and record structured feedback.
- Objective: first pilot agreements signed.
Months 4 to 6, Validate
- Pilots live, with usability and support processes tested.
- Pricing interviews and first paid conversions from pilots.
- Two partnership conversations moved to written proposals.
- Objective: pricing validated and first recurring revenue.
Months 7 to 9, Launch
- Commercial launch of the initial product with subscription plans.
- Content and SEO programme scaled around proven customer language.
- Referral programme opened to active customers.
- Objective: a repeatable acquisition channel identified.
Months 10 to 12, Expand carefully
- Second product module prepared for existing customers.
- Integration partnership work started with one or two platforms.
- Conference presence tested at one selected event.
- Objective: growth funded mainly by revenue and partner channels.
How we will know it is working
The measures that matter at this stage are simple: demonstrations held, pilots started, pilot-to-paid conversion, monthly recurring revenue once plans launch, and the share of new customers arriving through partners and search rather than direct effort. We would rather report a small number that is real than a large one that needs explaining.
Could your network open doors?
Introductions to practice groups, consultants and healthcare software firms are as valuable to us as capital at this stage.
