What MedClinicX is
MedClinicX is a healthcare technology company serving medical and dental practices in the United States. It started as a services business, building healthcare websites, custom software and search growth for practices. It is now developing its own products on top of that base: a patient portal, an AI receptionist, telemedicine and workflow automation, with a connected subscription platform as the long-term goal.
The company was established because the daily digital experience of a small practice is still poor. Patients phone for things they should be able to do online. Staff repeat the same tasks by hand. Tools bought at different times do not share information. Large enterprise systems solve some of this, at prices and complexity that small practices cannot justify. MedClinicX is building for the gap in between.
The work
Challenges we address, and what we are building
Patient access
Booking, intake and records access that patients can complete online, at any hour, without calling the front desk.
Front-desk load
An AI receptionist and automation for the repeat work, calls, reminders, recalls and follow-ups, that fills the admin day.
Connected records of the visit
Scheduling, intake, video visits and follow-up in one flow, so information entered once is not typed again elsewhere.
The solutions in development are a patient portal, AI healthcare tools, telemedicine and healthcare automation, delivered first as focused products and later as modules of one platform. The technology page describes each area with its current status.
Customers
Who MedClinicX sells to
Independent medical practices, primary care providers and dental practices come first. Specialty clinics, medical groups, hospitals and healthcare organizations follow as the product set and integrations mature. Healthcare startups are also customers for custom software work.
Revenue
How the company plans to earn
Subscription software is the intended core: portal, automation and telemedicine plans charged per practice per month. Website and custom software projects, implementation and integration services provide service revenue alongside it. The company is pre-revenue today, and the business model page shows the model as labelled assumptions.
US market expansion strategy
The United States is the primary market from the start. Entry is through small practices, where one decision maker can say yes and results show quickly. The route in is direct outreach, partnerships with healthcare consultants and software companies, search visibility built on the MedClinicX directory and content, and professional networking. The growth strategy page sets this out as a 12-month plan with measurable objectives.
Stage and funding, stated plainly
MedClinicX is early-stage, pre-seed and pre-revenue. There are no paying customers, no recurring revenue and no prior funding round to report. We are seeking $50,000 to $100,000 to finish and validate the initial product, run pilots with US practices, and build the sales and compliance base the company needs. What that funding would be spent on is set out on the funding page, with an illustrative allocation.
