PIH Health Whittier Hospital is a 523-bed hospital in Whittier founded in 1959 by community members who wanted quality healthcare close to home. It serves residents of Los Angeles County, Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. The Whittier campus also includes medical office buildings, a community pharmacy, an outpatient surgery center and a breast health center, with frequently used services including cancer care, pregnancy and birth care, imaging and radiology, gastroenterology and heart care.
