Four Corners Regional Health Center is an Indian Health Service facility in Red Mesa, Arizona, near the borders of Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Opened in January 2007 under the administrative oversight of the Shiprock Service Unit, it provides ambulatory care, sub-acute care and community health services, including family medicine, internal medicine, optometry, dental, pharmacy, radiology, physical therapy, laboratory, social services, case management, mental health, public health nursing, diabetes education, health promotion and disease prevention, and traditional medicine.
