Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale healthcare technology programs across multiple teams and initiatives.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, cloud, security, and implementation teams to deliver healthcare SaaS and digital health solutions. You will ensure programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and healthcare objectives.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end IT and healthcare technology programs.
- Manage multiple projects across engineering and product teams.
- Define program scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Healthcare SaaS Delivery
- Oversee delivery of healthcare SaaS platforms and features.
- Coordinate patient portal, clinical, and AI initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of healthcare technology releases.
- Track program performance and success metrics.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with engineering, DevOps, product, and security.
- Facilitate communication across technical/business blocks.
- Resolve program-level blockers and release dependencies.
- Ensure smooth collaboration and release alignment.
Risk, Reporting & Governance
- Identify program risks and build mitigation strategies.
- Track program KPIs and delivery progress charts.
- Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience in IT program management or technical project leadership.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and SaaS.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and stakeholder leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple complex software initiatives.
Preferred
- Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT systems.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale software programs.
- Knowledge of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or AI projects.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or relevant program certifications.
