Job Overview
We are seeking an ERP Developer to design, customize, and maintain enterprise resource planning systems for healthcare organizations and internal operations.
In this role, you will build ERP modules, integrate systems, and automate workflows that support healthcare operations such as billing, scheduling, patient management, and administrative processes. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable enterprise healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
ERP System Development
- Develop and customize ERP modules for healthcare operations.
- Build workflows for billing, scheduling, and admin processes.
- Enhance ERP functionality for multi-tenant SaaS.
- Optimize database queries and interface speed.
Healthcare System Integration
- Integrate ERP packages with central cloud platforms.
- Connect resource ledgers with EHR/EMR databases.
- Build secure APIs for internal enterprise data exchange.
- Maintain seamless synchronization across platform nodes.
Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Automate clinic procurement and billing pipelines.
- Improve efficiency of backend administrative systems.
- Develop custom reusable components and triggers.
- Evaluate system logs to identify process bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Maintenance
- Work closely with backend teams on data schemas.
- Troubleshoot database lockups, rate limits, and auth bugs.
- Document module structures and technical workflows.
- Maintain compliance gating (HIPAA) on invoices database.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience customizing ERP modules (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Excellent debugging, schema design, and technical writing skills.
Preferred
- Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA rules and field-level encryption.
- Experience syncing ERP ledgers with clinical EHR systems.
- Knowledge of ledger validation patterns and double-entry accounting.
- Experience configuring automated API webhook message queues.
