Job Overview
We are hiring a Clinical Application Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare applications used in clinical environments.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between clinical users and technology systems, ensuring healthcare applications such as EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, and SaaS platforms are properly deployed, configured, and adopted by healthcare teams.
You will work closely with product teams, engineers, support teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless application performance and user experience across healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Application Support
- Provide support for healthcare SaaS applications and clinical systems.
- Assist in configuring and deploying EHR/EMR and healthcare software platforms.
- Troubleshoot application issues reported by clinical and administrative users.
- Ensure smooth adoption of healthcare digital tools in clinical environments.
Healthcare System Implementation
- Support onboarding and implementation of healthcare applications for clients.
- Configure system workflows based on clinical and operational requirements.
- Assist in data migration and system integration processes.
- Validate application performance in healthcare environments.
User Training & Support
- Train healthcare professionals on application usage and workflows.
- Create documentation, guides, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
- Gather user feedback to improve application usability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering and product teams to resolve application issues.
- Communicate clinical user needs to development teams.
- Support testing of new features and system updates.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to improve system workflows.

Core Technical Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, CS, Nursing, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare application support or clinical systems roles.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US healthcare environments or healthcare SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
- Experience supporting EHR systems or clinical applications.
- Knowledge of telemedicine or patient portal systems.
