Job Overview

We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design and implement intelligent automation systems that streamline healthcare operations and improve efficiency across digital health platforms.

In this role, you will build AI-driven workflows, automate healthcare processes, and integrate intelligent systems across SaaS platforms, clinical workflows, and healthcare data pipelines.

You will collaborate with engineers, product teams, and healthcare stakeholders to deploy automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and enhance patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Workflow Automation

  • Design and implement AI-powered healthcare automation workflows.
  • Build intelligent systems to automate clinical and administrative processes.
  • Develop workflow automation using AI tools and integration platforms.
  • Optimize repetitive healthcare operations using automation technologies.

Healthcare SaaS Automation

  • Automate processes across healthcare SaaS platforms and patient portals.
  • Improve system efficiency through intelligent backend workflows.
  • Support automation for scheduling, billing, patient engagement, and reporting.
  • Integrate automation systems with healthcare APIs and applications.

Data & System Integration

  • Connect healthcare systems through APIs and automation pipelines.
  • Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data sources.
  • Build automated data processing and reporting workflows.
  • Ensure reliability and scalability of automation systems.

Collaboration & Optimization

  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and clinical teams.
  • Translate operational requirements into clean automation flows.
  • Monitor pipeline stats and resolve configuration failures.
  • Support deployment and tracking of LLM-based agent nodes.

Healthcare AI automation

Design and implement autonomous workflows using clinical NLP classifiers and doctor assistant agents.

SaaS workflow platforms

Maintain n8n or custom orchestration nodes connecting customer databases, scheduling pipelines, and notifications.

Clinical process automation

Build systems automating data syncs, clinical intake pipelines, and follow-up emails.

Patient engagement automation

Trigger personalized messaging tracks depending on post-visit summaries, lab results, and patient reviews.

EHR/EMR integration workflows

Map and translate client portal database updates directly into medical EHR queues.

Telemedicine automation

Automate appointment reminders, WebRTC lobby alerts, and post-session clinical notes uploads.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Data Science, Informatics, or related field.
  • Experience building automation pipelines, integrations, or scripts.
  • Strong experience with API endpoints, webhooks, and JSON serialization.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python or Node.js preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in US healthcare organizations or healthcare SaaS startups.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and clinical data privacy.
  • Experience with workflow software (n8n, Zapier, Make) or RPA tools.
  • Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs) and prompt engineering.
